Our main activity is to help our European & World-wide customers to remain competitive in their respective market and to stay concentrated on their own business, by relying on a trustworthy agent that will deal with :
- sourcing new inventive products
- to work with reliable and good suppliers (legitimacy of the factories/resellers)
- to make sure the hands are working in good conditions (no exploitation) in the respect of our/your ethics
- to negotiate with the manufacturers
- to control the quality and the respect of the technical sheet/particulars of sale
- to adapt the products for the customer needs (own brand + translation, facing, package, manual, input language...)
- manage the shipping process (inland transportation, booking/loading container, sea & air transportation, customs clearance, local delivery)
- to accompany them during their business trip to visit their forthcoming foreign partners (airport pick-up, visit of the factory, translator, guide, escort...) and to help them in the international trade fairs (visitor or attendee)
- to help to establish relations with companies abroad and find new trade partners
- to assist them in their communication plan by being seen in native language in Europe : english, french, german, spanish, italian, etc & in Asia : chinese, thai, korean) in the different medias : internet, press...
- to host their web site (or mirroring) in Europe or Asia to spread their market share.
